Digital X-ray, also known as computed radiography (CR) or digital radiography (DR), is a modern imaging technique used to produce diagnostic X-ray images. Unlike traditional film-based X-rays, which require chemical processing and film development, digital X-ray systems use digital sensors to capture and convert X-ray images into electronic signals, which are then processed and displayed on a computer monitor.
